Job Title: Finance Intermediary and Digital Transformation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Intermediary and Digital Transformation Specialist to serve as a vital link between the Finance department and various internal teams including Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing. This role will be instrumental in fostering collaboration across departments to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between Finance and other departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment on key initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and Tax teams to streamline financial processes and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Partner with the Revenue Management and Marketing departments to analyze financial data, develop actionable insights, and implement strategies that maximize profitability and growth.
• Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing operational workflows and reducing inefficiencies.
• Drive Digital Transformation efforts by advancing the integration of Snowflake with PowerBI reporting processes, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on new tools, processes, and best practices related to digital transformation and reporting.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, using metrics to assess performance and identify areas for further enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in finance operations, process improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools, with a particular focus on Snowflake and PowerBI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
• A proactive mindset, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with internal audit processes and tax compliance regulations is a plus.
