We invite you to join our 8-10-week paid summer internship program for rising juniors and seniors.How We WorkAs an intern you will be expected to work in an in-office environment reporting to our Toronto office location. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Company-issued equipment.
Hands-on training.
Participate as a member of a scrum team.Role ResponsibilitiesDetail the project the Intern will assist with.Learn existing architecture and contribute to React and REST based API in a performance sensitive context.
Work in a team to build React based UI for balance statements.
Communicate ideas, collaborate, work out design trade-offs, and contribute to production codebase.Qualifications & SkillsMajoring in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related subject.Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. javascript, .NET)Exposure to relational databases and use of SQL etc.Exposure to web development and common UI frameworks (e.g. React).Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism.Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program through the duration of the internship.Must be committed to working a 40-hour work week for 8-10 weeks during the summer monthsEqual Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerCorpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
