We are seeking a proactive Marketing Outreach Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to engage with customers and set appointments for periodic consultations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Actively reaching out to potential and existing customers through various communication channels.
• Utilizing marketing tools and strategies to increase customer engagement and appointment scheduling.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
• Tracking and reporting on appointment scheduling metrics and customer feedback.
• Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with marketing tools and CRM systems, preferably CAMP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
