• Training Delivery: Own the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs for Customer Service Associates, ensuring they are well-equipped to communicate food program details and promotions effectively.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to align initiatives and maximize impact.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of food programs and marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food program management, promotions, and marketing, preferably within the food industry.

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and food industry trends.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for training and mentoring others.
