The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining case documentation and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services.
• Fee Collection Monitoring: Track and oversee fee collection efforts for cases under your responsibility, ensuring timely processing and reporting of payments.
• Case Documentation: Help maintain accurate records and documentation for ongoing cases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
• Data Analysis: Analyze marketing and fee collection data to generate reports and provide insights for future strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients as needed to address questions or concerns related to fees and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing software or CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
