At Four Seasons, we are powered by people and our culture enables everything we do.Manager, Commercial Analytics – Restaurants and BarsWe have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, R&B Commercial Analytics in our Corporate Commercial Department, who will lead the Restaurant and Bar (R&B) analytics roadmap as a key driver of Ancillary revenue.The individual will work closely with the Commercial R&B teams and Ancillary Product leads to drive the line of business forward by unlocking new data assets and delivering data-driven insights. The individual will be the driving force behind our R&B analytics roadmap aligned with key strategic priorities.What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Understand the internal Restaurant and Bar strategy within the Commercial organization, as a key driver of Ancillary revenue.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy for R&B in collaboration with IT and the Insights team. Serve as the principal architect of the R&B analytics roadmap, aligning initiatives with the broader commercial strategy to drive coherent data-driven actions.
  • Develop, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Commercial initiatives within R&B ensuring alignment across business partners on KPIs & definitions.
  • Application of principles learned from R&B across other Ancillary products as relevant/applicable.
  • Facilitate the successful rollout of the Seamless Reservation Program across all R&B outlets in partnership with Commercial R&B, Digital and IT ensuring accurate and timely reporting on program KPIs
  • Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Data & Analytics roadmap for dining experiences as it relates to the Global Ancillary Program working closely with the Digital Product team & business leads. Establish short-term and long-term objectives to integrate multiple data assets/systems, enable unified reporting via Power BI.
  • In partnership with Data Governance, enhance analytics capabilities by standardizing taxonomy across platforms, setting a strong foundation for scalable analytics initiatives.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of analytics solutions/products in partnership with Data Engineering, BI Developers, and IT Delivery partners. Ensure analytics solutions continue to provide stakeholders with timely, accurate, and actionable data.
  • Maintain and enforce data governance policies and procedures across the lines of business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the integration of analytics into broader business processes across Commercial R&B and Ancillary Products.
  • Mentor and influence cross-functional teams towards a data-centric approach in decision-making. Foster a culture of data-driven excellence across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data Science team to define and develop AI/ML models that support the R&B line of business, including outlet segmentation, forecasting, and other predictive analytics to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency

What You Bring:

  • University degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience in analytics, insights or marketing and sales. Previous experience in Hospitality is an asset.
  • Applied experience in business performance and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to manipulate, analyze and transform large datasets into clear business insights.
  • Proficient in Python, R, SQL or other programming languages
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Expert in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Proficient in synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
  • Ability to lead through influence, driving projects to completion in a cross-functional environment without direct authority.
  • Strong ability in developing strategic roadmaps that align with organizational goals and commercial strategy.
  • Expertise in setting actionable and measurable goals for analytics project milestones to ensure successful implementation and scalability.
  • In-depth knowledge of data management systems, database principles, and modern analytics tools.
