Job Description:
Our client, a leader in the retail industry, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team in Montreal, Quebec. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
– Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
– Perform data analysis and create insights to support business decisions
– Identify and recommend data quality improvements and solutions
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources
– Provide training and support to end users on BI tools and platforms

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role
– Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
– Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment is an asset
– Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
