Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Cross-Functional Collaboration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with R&D, marketing, purchasing, training, and other departments to successfully launch new operational programs, food products, and promotional items in alignment with our annual marketing calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new operational programs and food products.
• Coordinate and participate in project meetings to share updates, address challenges, and ensure alignment across departments.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional items, ensuring they align with marketing strategies and brand objectives.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing support to ensure successful launches.
• Facilitate communication between departments to enhance collaboration and streamline processes.
• Contribute to market research and analysis to inform product development and promotional strategies.
• Support training initiatives to ensure team members are equipped to promote and sell new products effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
