Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement: Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and assist them in their check-in and check-out processes. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a memorable stay.

• Room Management: Analyze guest needs and preferences to make appropriate selections of rooms, maximizing occupancy while maintaining high standards of comfort and satisfaction.

• Rate Promotion: Utilize strategic marketing initiatives to communicate room rates and special packages effectively, increasing booking rates and enhancing revenue.

• Brand Advocacy: Promote HEI Hotels & Resorts’ values and unique offerings, ensuring that brand standards are consistently upheld throughout guest interactions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional campaigns and enhance visibility of our brand in the market.

• Feedback Implementation: Collect and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve service delivery and overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
