Job Title: Retail Sales Associate – Hearing Care

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team, where you will play a critical role in enhancing the retail sales process within our hearing care practice. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Hearing Care Professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and support our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist in the retail sales process by engaging with customers, providing product information, and addressing inquiries related to hearing care solutions.
• Partnership Collaboration: Work closely with Hearing Care Professionals to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that promote our services and increase customer engagement.
• Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming environment for clients, ensuring they feel valued during their visit. Provide top-notch assistance, whether in person or over the phone.
• Promotions and Marketing: Assist in executing marketing initiatives, including crafting promotional materials and participating in community outreach programs to raise awareness about our hearing care services.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hearing aids and related products to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
• Sales Tracking: Help monitor sales metrics and performance to identify trends, and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a health or wellness-related field.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and supporting individuals in their hearing health journey.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and ability to collaborate on promotional efforts.
• Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments and multi-task effectively.
