Key Responsibilities:

• Frosting and Decorating: Skillfully frost and decorate pre-ordered cakes, ensuring each creation is a work of art and meets our high standards of quality.

• Display Management: Keep the display case fully stocked with an enticing selection of cakes and desserts. Regularly rotate and refresh the offerings to maintain visual appeal and customer interest.

• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies to promote our cake offerings through social media, in-store displays, and special events.

• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to showcase our cake designs, provide product information, and take special orders. Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customer satisfaction and repeat visits.

• Quality Control: Ensure that all cakes and desserts are produced to our quality specifications and comply with food safety standards.

Qualifications:
