Job Description:

As a Rental Agent, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and leasing our rental units. Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospective tenants both in-person and over the phone, as well as utilizing various advertising and marketing channels to enhance sales and occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and rent available units, utilizing effective communication techniques in face-to-face interactions and phone conversations.
• Implement creative marketing strategies to attract potential renters and increase visibility of available units.
• Gather and maintain essential information on rental rates, current specials, and promotions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to supervisors and other departments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute additional marketing functions, such as organizing community events or creating digital content to boost awareness.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the rental market and competitor offerings to provide insights and recommendations for pricing and marketing strategies.
• Ensure a positive experience for prospective renters by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate or rental industry.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
