Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business and Bookkeeping Specialist to support our organization in effectively managing financial processes and driving operational efficiency. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial records, allowing you to concentrate on delivering optimal care to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and reports to help guide business decisions.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that drive growth and enhance brand presence.
• Customer Relations: Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving financial and operational processes for increased efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
