Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Local Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves leading proactive community outreach initiatives while managing product inventory reporting and basic accounting procedures. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for engaging with the community and a knack for organization and detail-oriented tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Outreach:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance our presence in the local community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders.
  • Organize and participate in community events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

• Product Inventory Reporting:

  • Monitor and manage product inventory levels, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and assist in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability for community events and promotions.

• Basic Accounting Procedures:

  • Assist with the management of budgets related to marketing initiatives and community events.
  • Process invoices and maintain financial records to ensure accurate accounting.
  • Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing, community outreach, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic accounting and inventory management software.
