Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Assistant to support our senior staff in managing client relationships and driving marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience and will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent communication and engagement with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior marketing staff in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and client interactions.
• Assist in organizing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in marketing software and tools.
• Knowledge of P&L concepts and budget management is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and a strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
