We believe in opportunities for growth & development, teamwork, and engagement.About The Role:In collaboration with the Total Rewards Manager, the Compensation Specialist will be accountable for job evaluations, compensation program administration, annual benefits enrollment, and total rewards program analytics to ensure competitive and compliant total rewards programs. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in Business or HR, 3-5 years of technical compensation experience, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with knowledge of Canadian pay equity and transparency laws, are essential for success in this fast-paced role.Workplace Arrangements:This role will follow a fully remote schedule.
