Customer Service Representative

Location: Ottawa, ON

Our client, a leading financial institution, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while assisting with their inquiries and needs.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and providing support to clients
– Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records
– Providing product and service information to clients
– Identifying and escalating any customer concerns or trends to the appropriate team
– Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
– Participating in ongoing training and development programs
– Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
– Bilingual in French and English is an asset
