Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Communications and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at OCPS. This dynamic role focuses on developing and maintaining all external and internal communication pieces that enhance and promote the OCPS brand. The ideal candidate will assist in the organization and upkeep of digital marketing files, ensuring easy access to essential resources for the Marketing and Events department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and curate content for various communication channels to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate graphic design projects that support district initiatives and events.
• Maintain an organized library of digital files, including graphics, templates, and promotional materials.
• Assist in strategic planning for marketing campaigns and events, aligning with the district’s goals and objectives.
• Support the Marketing and Events team in the execution of community outreach programs and promotional activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts to enhance engagement and outreach.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and graphic design software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
