Job description: Job Description:We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our client’s marketing team on a 9-12 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to bring our client’s brand to life across a range of digital platforms – with a strong focus on localizing content for the Canadian market.You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external U.S.-based agencies to support marketing efforts, create digital assets, and contribute to franchisee campaigns.   • Create high-impact digital design assets (web, email, mobile, display ads, etc.)
  • Translate and localize U.S. campaign materials for the Canadian market (English & French)
  • Support internal brand and marketing teams with ad hoc and special design projects
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in franchisee marketing efforts and contribute to cost-saving initiatives by bringing more creative work in-house
  • Ensure quality control on all creative assets (final signoff by leadership team)

Requirements:Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of graphic design experience (QSR or fast-paced industry experience is a strong asset)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Braze or similar
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS (coding knowledge is an asset, but not required)
  • Comfortable using project management tools like monday.com
  • Able to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback effectively
  • Based in Toronto and able to work in-office 3-4 days/week

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with franchise or retail brands
  • Ability to create content in French (fluency not required, but must be comfortable working with bilingual content)
