As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for the strategy, development, and execution of marketing programs with our vast array of strategic, technology, and agency partners. Through a combination of inbound, outbound and ABM strategies, you will be responsible for driving both pipeline and revenue. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Growth, you will have the support from the partner team, sales executives, marketing operations, content marketing, and product marketing teams as we collectively work together to accomplish our goals.

What your day-to-day is about:

  • Create, execute and optimize a go-to-market strategy (including ABM) in conjunction with our Manager of Strategic partnerships
  • Leverage existing Uberflip technology, processes, content, and campaigns to drive partner-sourced pipeline
  • Take responsibility for a owning a pipeline contribution number sourced direct or indirect from partner marketing activities
  • Design and manage how our partner ecosystem is included and represented throughout the buyer journey on our digital properties
  • Working with Growth & Customer Marketing to develop joint-case studies, use cases and other content to educate prospects on joint value propositions
  • Participate in partner events and design and execute Uberflip events that allow for partner participation
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of partner marketing activities on sales pipeline and revenue
  • Constant communication with the sales organization, ensuring alignment on metrics, messaging, buyer persona, and other key business initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the Partner Marketing budget

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Minimum of five years in demand generation or marketing operations roles, software-as-a-service marketing experience preferred
  • Advanced understanding of marketing automation (Marketo specifically) a must, hands-on use of 6Sense, Drift, Engagio, and Uberflip a bonus
  • Demonstrated experience of building partner and other 3rd party relationships
  • Track record of success directly managing demand generation campaigns
  • A clear understanding of ROI analysis and proven analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, analyze results, and recommend changes
  • Knowledge of best practices for sales and marketing operations, automation and workflow processes; understanding & experience with lead management, marketing automation and demand generation with a focus on the success of impact/revenue
  • Demonstrated experience of partnering with sales and sales leadership on campaigns driving revenue growth
  • Strong project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously for seamless execution
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top school in Marketing or related field
