In this role, you will:

  • Understand and contribute to the Business Line strategy by delivering actionable recommendations based on profitability analysis, market trends, policy analysis and end-to-end process enhancements.
  • Support day to day strategic pricing group activities.
  • Interact with Sales, Business Support Centre, Technology teams and Product Labs on the development and enhancements of different pricing & billing systems, minimize revenue leakage and enhance functionalities.
  • Data Analytics: Conduct analysis on portfolio composition, pricing structures, vintages of expired agreements, discount levels, client volumes, renewals, depth of relationship, etc. Use data analytics to provide pricing recommendations and/or policy changes.
  • Recommend solutions to improve customer experience, product pricing, service and/or processes.
  • Conduct impact assessments (on customers, operations, and risk) when changes affecting processes are proposed.
  • Assist with new projects and provide input into the review of business requirements, including supporting technology initiatives.
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control supported by effective processes and ensure all systems and processes are in compliance and meet all regulatory requirements.
