Job description: Training Manual SOP – This position is responsible for creating and updating training manuals and standard operating procedures (SOP) for the company. The individual will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Administration teams to ensure that all materials are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, this role involves distributing and collecting guest feedback to improve training processes and procedures. A key component of the job is maintaining a positive working relationship with all departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
