We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Reception Specialist to join our team. As outlined in the Guest Reception Training Manual SOP, this role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, offering assistance and information about the property and its services.
- Maintain positive working relationships with Sales and Marketing teams to effectively promote special offers and upcoming events.
- Manage reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy in booking systems and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guest needs are met, and any issues are resolved swiftly.
- Conduct regular communication with other departments to enhance service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold company standards for professional appearance and conduct while adhering to the Guest Reception Training Manual SOP.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a guest reception or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in using reservation software and other relevant technology.
