Job description: The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing all digital marketing initiatives and strategies for the company. This includes managing web content updates as needed, ensuring a consistent brand presence across digital touchpoints, and overseeing customer care throughout the entire customer journey. The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in Marketing and extensive experience in digital marketing. They must be able to effectively manage incoming complaint calls to the corporate office and work to address and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
