We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Literacy and Guest Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses a blend of learning facilitation, digital literacy promotion, and exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs focused on digital literacy, empowering team members to enhance their skill sets and career growth through professional certificates and workshops.

• Guest Services: Ensure a seamless guest experience by confirming guest information and room rates, selecting appropriate rooms based on guest preferences, and coding electronic keys for access.

• Marketing Promotion: Actively promote our marketing programs to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.

• Team Engagement: Participate in and support Team Member Resource Groups, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

• Career Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to identify and promote opportunities for career development within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Experience in digital literacy training or education is a plus.
