Job description: The role of a Marketing Programs Coordinator involves executing key promotional initiatives to drive guest engagement and enhance the overall guest experience. This individual is responsible for ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and are well-informed about the facilities and amenities available to them. They may also be tasked with providing guests with a welcome packet containing important information about their stay, as well as assisting with room assignments and directing guests to their accommodations. Additionally, the Marketing Programs Coordinator may be responsible for overseeing the placement and usage of bells throughout the property to ensure prompt service and assistance for guests. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to promoting the property’s marketing programs.
