Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Educational Program Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing school completion, supporting English-language learning initiatives, and promoting digital literacy among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programs aimed at increasing school completion rates, with a focus on English-language learners.
• Design and promote digital literacy initiatives to equip students with essential skills for the modern workforce.
• Facilitate the issuance of professional certificates, ensuring students have the opportunity to showcase their newly acquired skills.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote educational programs effectively, increasing participation and community awareness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by preparing welcome packets for new students and guests, including information on program offerings and campus resources.
• Ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere by assisting guests with navigation to rooms and connecting them with a bell person when needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in education, program development, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in digital tools and platforms relevant to education and marketing.
• Experience in coordinating events or programs is a plus.
