Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enhance Patient Experience:

2. Collaboration with Marketing:

   • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and produce promotional materials that highlight our services and benefits.

3. Service Promotion:

   • Help create and distribute collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, that effectively communicates our offerings.
   • Participate in patient education initiatives, assisting in the design of programs or resources that inform guests about services and procedures.

4. Continuous Improvement:

   • Monitor and analyze patient satisfaction metrics, working with relevant teams to implement strategies that enhance the overall experience.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine our approach to patient engagement.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
