Job Title: Guest Training Manual SOP Coordinator

Job Description:

As the Guest Training Manual SOP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for guest training. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for enhancing guest experiences through effective training resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SOP Development: Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Administration, to create and regularly update comprehensive training manuals that reflect best practices and align with company objectives.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster positive working relationships across teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the training materials are relevant, effective, and meet the needs of both staff and guests.

  • Training Sessions: Organize and conduct training sessions for new and existing staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and SOPs, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and SOP revisions, providing periodic reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in training, hospitality, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in creating written documentation and manuals.
