Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Job Description:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for the Marketing and In-House Team Members, playing a vital role in fostering effective communication and coordination among team members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Outbound Communication: Conduct an average of 40+ outbound communications daily to engage with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring vital information is relayed efficiently and accurately.

Support Marketing Management: Assist the Marketing Management team in monitoring and advising on tour flow, effectively optimizing processes to enhance productivity and customer experience.

Central Hub for Coordination: Act as the central hub for information, facilitating seamless interaction among the Marketing and In-House teams. You will be responsible for gathering feedback, addressing inquiries, and providing updates as needed.

Data Management: Aid in the collection and analysis of relevant data to inform strategic marketing initiatives and improve team operations.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and contribute to the overall goals of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
