Job description: The Head of Audio & MIT is responsible for overseeing all audio aspects of productions, current productions, marketing, and corporate projects. They must have strong leadership skills to manage a team of audio technicians and ensure high quality sound for all shows. Additionally, they must be able to provide guidance to programmers, assist with outside events and marketing initiatives, and attend meetings to represent the audio department. This role requires a deep understanding of audio technology and a strong attention to detail to ensure the success of all audio-related aspects of the organization.
