Come join us.The RoleAs our Head of Marketing, you’ll position us as the leader in stablecoins and stablecoin infrastructure. You’ll shape our marketing strategy and contribute to key initiatives that drive revenue growth. Additionally, you’ll define our messaging, brand identity and voice, and communicate our value to potential and existing customers. As our first marketing hire, you’ll set benchmarks for and measure the effectiveness of our marketing strategies, and build out the marketing team.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute on marketing strategies in collaboration with the sales team to drive pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growthCreate and implement comprehensive enterprise marketing programs, including account-based marketing (ABM), product marketing, content marketing, events and webinars, and partnership programsCollaborate with product and sales teams to refine our product positioning and messaging for enterprise audiencesOwn organic inbound interest through our website and convert those people into customersDefine our brand identity and voice across enterprise-focused social channels and manage our launch and events calendarMeasure and report on marketing KPIs, with a focus on optimizing metrics to maximize impact and ROIDevelop and manage relationships with industry analysts and strategic partners to amplify the company’s brandBuild out a world-class marketing function and teamWho You Are7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in enterprise marketing at a high-performing technology, SaaS or payments companyProven track record designing and implementing enterprise-focused marketing strategies with measurable outcomes backing them upExperience with account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, content marketing, event marketing, and digital marketingExcellent analytical skills and an ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsAn exceptional communicator and presenter, with a knack for leading, influencing and collaborating with a variety of stakeholdersEvidence of exceptional ability showcased through prior experience working at successful enterprise-focused fintech companiesFamiliarity with and interest in stablecoins, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technologyComfortable working independently and strategically, with a bias toward action in a fast-paced startup environment
