Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relations Director (CRD) and Administrator to join our team. In this dual-role capacity, you will provide vital support in executing our sales and marketing plan while developing and implementing community strategies that enhance brand presence and foster strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and identify opportunities for new business.
• Marketing Plan Development: Assist in creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
• Community Strategy: Establish and nurture relationships with local organizations, influencers, and community stakeholders to enhance community involvement and promote brand initiatives.
• Administrative Duties: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings and events, and handle communications with internal and external partners.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze metrics related to sales and marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and community outreach, to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing software.
