We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales and Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will Collaborate with various constituencies across the Sales and Marketing departments to drive lead generation initiatives targeting top accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with Prospects: Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to nurture relationships and promote our offerings.

Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation strategies and campaigns.

Market Research: Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to enhance our lead generation process.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and regularly update the CRM system.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
