Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts within the medical community. This role is crucial in establishing and enhancing our presence in doctors’ offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to engage healthcare providers and decision-makers in our target facilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospital staff, nursing facility administrators, and ALF personnel to promote our services and position in the community.
• Regularly consult with the Administrator to align marketing goals with organizational objectives and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate outreach initiatives, including presentations, events, and networking opportunities to establish a strong community presence.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in healthcare marketing or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment is a plus.
