- Brand Transformation Leadership: Take the lead in driving the rebranding efforts to elevate our luxury brand, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints. Experience in rebranding a luxury brand in North America is highly preferred.
- Campaign Management: Independently manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize AI tools and data analytics to enhance campaign performance and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Collaborative Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals, enhancing brand coherence and market impact.
- Masterful Command of Presentation: Leverage your impeccable taste and skills in presenting services, ideas, and products to captivate and engage audiences and promote our brand in the most appealing way possible.
- Building Rapport: Utilize your intuition and charisma to build immediate rapport with business owners, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Organization and Follow-Through: Be organized and mission-oriented, with excellent follow-through skills to ensure all initiatives are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Initiate and develop new marketing and technology partnerships globally.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategy, creative marketing, branding, and promotions. Experience in rebranding a luxury brand in North America is a significant advantage.
- Skills: Outstanding analytical, presentation, and public speaking skills; proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools; and effective communication across various media.
- Personality: Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for creating engaging and dynamic marketing initiatives. Must have a global perspective and respect for diverse cultures.
