Job description: The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded. They are responsible for maintaining high levels of security and sanitation standards, as well as coordinating local store marketing efforts to attract and retain customers. The Bar Manager is also tasked with creating a “DAMN GOOD” bar experience for all patrons and developing the bar staff to provide exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
