Aid in change management initiatives by preparing communication materials, conducting research, and assisting with training sessions. * Collaborate with HR team members on administrative tasks including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining HR databases.

  • Contribute to project management activities by assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects.

Provide support in payroll processing by verifying timekeeping records, calculating wages, and addressing payroll inquiries.Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills(French: required), both written and verbal.
