Key Responsibilities:

• Review and confirm that all signage across various channels aligns with brand guidelines and marketing standards.
• Monitor the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring they comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits of existing signage to identify any outdated or non-compliant materials, and recommend necessary updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and legal, to ensure all marketing content is accurate and appropriate.
• Maintain documentation of compliance processes and generate reports as needed for managerial review.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to enhance compliance measures within the marketing department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, compliance, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
