  • Collaborate on the development of media strategies with a multidisciplinary team of experts;
  • Support the team of strategists in client and partner communications and administrative tasks;
  • Become a reference for our clients and partners for all aspects related to media strategy;
  • Ensure healthy campaign management in collaboration with other Glassroom experts (activation, performance, and data management teams), our clients, and collaborators within the Humanise collective;
  • Develop or participate in collaborative work sessions with our partners and clients to enhance strategic campaign reflections;
  • Manage and monitor campaign budgets of varying complexities;
  • Handle media creativity projects in collaboration with the activation team;
  • Stay informed of consumer trends, industry trends, and digital trends to identify new opportunities;
  • Conduct research in media databases to understand the target consumers of our clients’ campaigns;
  • Actively participate in the strategic optimization of campaigns;
  • Foster good relationships with clients and media partners in the market;
  • Carry out any other related tasks deemed relevant to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong work organization: good priority management, stress management, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines;
  • Ability to synthesize strategic ideas and concepts and explain them clearly;
  • Talent for creating impactful presentations;
  • Strong interest in collaborative work and teamwork;
  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Interest in media innovation, programmatic advertising, and new technologies;
  • High level of curiosity and attention to detail;
  • Experience in a similar position is an asset;
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of online and offline media ecosystems;
  • Knowledge of consumer/media research platforms (Comscore, Vividata, Infosys, etc.) is an asset;
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
