This 10-week program will focus on hands-on learning, skill development, and real-world work experience in a collaborative and innovative environment. This program will take place June-August in our Mississauga office!Do you love process improvement? Apply below to join our Supply Chain and Operations team this Summer!What You’ll Do:Collaborate with various departments within Supply Chain & Operations to understand their specific functions and workflows.Facilitate meetings with department representatives to identify and document existing processes, as well as pinpoint gaps and missing documentation.Support each department in developing and writing clear, concise process documentation. Consolidate and present the collected process documentation to the team, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.Contribute to the development of standardized process templates and best practices.Power BI projectsAssist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects within the Supply Chain & Operations department as needed.What You’ll Need:Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interest in process improvement and documentation.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).At IMAX, you will be part of a culture built on respect – we are committed to creating a welcoming and diverse atmosphere across our organization.For consideration, please apply online.
