Job Description:

As a Telephone Marketing Associate, you will engage with guests checking into our resorts, providing exceptional customer service while facilitating their experience. You will schedule appointments for guests to meet with our member services team, ensuring they have the opportunity to discuss valuable membership options and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to arriving guests via phone to provide information and assistance about their stay.
• Schedule meetings for guests with our member services team to explore membership opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
• Track and report on call metrics and guest feedback to improve outreach and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize guest experiences and increase satisfaction.

Job Expectations and Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with guests over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in scheduling and record-keeping.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and Microsoft Office applications.
