As an In-House Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in pre-qualifying leads and enhancing our brand’s visibility. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion. You will collaborate closely with various teams to create compelling content, manage digital campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, refining our messaging and offerings accordingly.
• Pre-qualify leads through strategic outreach and nurturing campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to inform future strategies.
• Manage our marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all initiatives.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in an in-house role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media, email marketing software).
