Institutional Digital Marketing Specialist

The Investment Management team focuses on research analysis and delivering strong returns, and is comprised of portfolio managers, research analysts, traders and more.
FIC has more than 1000 full time employees and is headquartered in Toronto, with regional offices in Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver.
What You Will Do
The Institutional Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in implementation and execution of the Institutional digital marketing strategy. This includes executing webcast and video strategies, growing our social media presence, and improving internal and external websites and client communications. The objectives are to drive sales, and successfully promote awareness of Fidelity’s Institutional brand, products and services using digital channels.
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Timely delivery of quality content for use in digital channels
- Work with internal partners to create and/or curate related materials to support webcast and other campaigns
- Assist in distribution of marketing materials digitally
- Support the on-time and efficient delivery of marketing and product reporting materials
- Help others establish customer journeys
- Assist with post-campaign reporting
- Maximize viewership of content and campaign effectiveness
- Creation and updating of dashboards to track content use
- Regular reporting to sales teams on clients’ digital activities
- Provide input on project teams related to new Institutional digital marketing initiatives
- Assist with the production of reports, process maps, documentation
- Support Fidelity Institutional social channels to execute campaigns
- Grow Fidelity Institutional social media presence to generate new leads
We are in search of a candidate with the following:
- Completion of University degree
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required
- The ability to multi-task and assist with the execution multiple ongoing projects
- Strong organizational abilities and strong analytical skills essential
- Creative thinking with a passion for growth and performance marketing
Given the current circumstances, employee will be working from home, 100% of time. As working conditions return to normal, they will shift to a hybrid working arrangement.
