We are seeking a dynamic Instructional Designer with a background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in designing and developing engaging learning materials. You will play a key role in creating instructional content that effectively conveys complex concepts in an accessible and interactive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including e-learning courses, training manuals, and multimedia presentations.
• Utilize instructional design methodologies and best practices to ensure effective learning experiences.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends in instructional design, marketing, and digital communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
