In this role, you’ll make a difference while building the skills and experience that will propel your career forward. ​We are looking for an intern to join our Cloud Operations team, here’s what you’ll do here:Work in the Cloud Operations team managing a variety of AWS services and work alongside client teams migrating workloads to AWS.Deployment, Operations and Maintenance of Containers infrastructure based on Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes on-prem and in AWS Cloud.Assist in troubleshooting/remediation, and pro-active maintenance of different platform components.Assist Senior members of the team with a variety of tasks (operations, onboarding, projects etc.) as needed.Follow up on incidents and requests using service management tool along with change control procedures.Work on Security and Monitoring products and tools related to AWS Cloud and Openshift Container Platform.Create documentation to ensure effective operations/support of the platformContribute to the evolution and automation of the platformWhat you bring to the table:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information TechnologyAvailable to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Winter 2025 Term (January to April)Must be returning to school in Summer 2025 or Fall 2025 following your internshipPast internship experience is considered an assetExcellent oral and written communication skills (English and/or French preferred).Ability and desire to learn/adapt quickly to a changing environmentKnowledge in networks, platforms, products and tools, end-user technical domain of expertise, supporting end-user services, products and solutions, ITL methodologies, SRE (site reliability engineering) etc.Experience with cloud platforms like AWSExperience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift is considered an assetExperience in IT incident response, end-user support, problem management, and/or customer service support considered an assetStrong problem-solving capabilities and can work quickly and maintain a methodical and calm approach while working under stressful situations.Your career starts here.
