Job description:

  • Strategize and plan marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to achieve aggressive growth targets and department KPIs.
  • Work closely with senior marketing manager for campaign execution, including digital media campaigns, advertising creatives, media channel development, influencer marketing, and content management.
  • Identify market opportunities to raise awareness and build trust in the local market
  • Analyze marketing data, for example, digital media campaign data, customer LTV and conversion rates to help shape future effective marketing strategies. Keep the team in sync with current market data and campaign results.
  • Work closely with the headquarters team, Singapore team and make effective recommendations with feedback from the local perspective. Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure local laws and corporate identity compliance.

Requirements

  • At least 5 or more years of marketing experience
  • Knowledge in financial products and services would be an advantage
  • Well-developed business negotiation skills, ability to express thoughts verbally, ability to work collaboratively across department
  • Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is a strong asset
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, a team player with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
