Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Digital Product Designer to join our dynamic team, specializing in web and mobile app design. In this role, you will focus on crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences that effectively convey our storytelling and brand message through various digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret marketing, promotional, and merchandising strategies, transforming them into compelling interactive experiences.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications that enhance user engagement.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs for improved user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design strategies and enhance digital experiences.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
• Create and maintain design specifications and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Present concepts and designs to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into your design process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in digital product design, particularly for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and a range of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present design concepts to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
