Job description: TELUS is looking for an Intermediate Marketing Manager to lead and develop the execution of a local marketing strategy – Prince George & Vancouver – 16435, 16453
12 months long contract, strong possibiliy of extension
First Role: Vancouver Based /Toronto Based
Project Detail:
1:1 focused role: Generate offers with compelling 1:1 communications to Client’s base and develop innovative ways to reach users for TELUS Health Complementary Channel team
Must Have:
- 5+ years progressive experience in Marketing or agency
- Health/telecom industry experience and exposure to a variety of marketing roles
- Experience in Email Marketing/Channel Marketing and 1:1 communication with client experience
- A degree or equivalent marketing and business experience is required.
Second Role: Prince George, BC (on Site/Some local travel required (20%)?)
Project Detail:
Develops the strategy and in year plan, secures the necessary support to execute on plan with cross functional team. Identifies and evaluates new initiatives and reviews existing programs required to support marketing strategies.
Must Have:
- Demonstrate skills in planning, budget management, variance reporting; root cause analysis
- Experiences in making strategic recommendations
- Experience with Commercial Marketing
- Digital – social media proficiency (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Undergraduate degree (ideally in Marketing)
Specialization and Skills: Corporate Professional MKTG – Event Co-ordinator 2 – 4 years
MKTG – Marketing Professional 2 – 4 years
MKTG – Sales 2 – 4 years
Priority Requirements: Please describe your most recent experience as a Marketing Manager to lead and develop the execution of a local marketing strategy (Must-have)
Work Environment: Initially 12 months contract with chance of extension.
