Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Markham, ON

Salary: $19.00/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns
– Provide product information, assist with order processing, and resolve customer issues
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
– Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– High school diploma or equivalent
